Trade-in estimates provided through our website are preliminary estimates only, based on information you provide. Final trade-in offers are subject to physical inspection of the vehicle at our dealership.
Some features (posting part requests, tracking orders) require a free account. You are responsible for keeping your login credentials confidential and for activity under your account. We may suspend accounts used for spam, fraud, or abuse. You may ask us to close your account at any time.
Our special-order service lets you ask us to source a part on your behalf. Posting a request is free and non-binding — no order exists, and no payment is due, until we confirm a price with you and you accept it. Quoted prices are valid as stated and may change if the part becomes unavailable. Special orders are sourced from third-party suppliers; First Rowe acts as the intermediary between you and the supplier, and supplier identities are not disclosed. Sourced parts are received and inspected at our warehouse before hand-off to you. If we cannot source your part, or it fails our inspection, any payment you have made for that part will be refunded in full. Unless explicitly stated otherwise in writing at the time of sale, special-ordered parts (particularly used parts) are sold as-is with no warranty beyond any stated supplier or manufacturer warranty; statutory rights that cannot be excluded are unaffected. Special-ordered parts that have been paid for and confirmed are not returnable except where they fail to match the agreed description.
Approved suppliers and vendors may respond to part requests on our parts-wanted board and list vehicles through our vendor portal. By registering as a supplier or vendor you agree that: (a) all applications, listings and quotes are subject to our review and approval, and we may decline or remove any at our discretion; (b) buyer identities are never disclosed to suppliers and supplier identities are never disclosed to buyers — all communication and settlement runs through First Rowe; (c) quoted parts must be shipped to, or dropped at, our warehouse for inspection before any payout, and the quoted price plus stated shipping is the total amount payable to you; (d) a success fee at our then-current rate applies to each accepted and completed transaction, deducted from or invoiced against your payout — the exact fee is shown to you when your quote is accepted; (e) you warrant that items you supply are lawfully yours to sell, match their description, and are free of undisclosed liens; (f) suppliers and vendors are independent businesses — registration creates no employment, agency, or partnership with First Rowe; and (g) we are not liable for lost profits or opportunities arising from declined quotes, removed listings, or board availability.
Card payments on this website are processed by a third-party payment processor; we do not store your full card details. Payment links we send by SMS or email are unique to your order — do not share them. Receipts are issued electronically. Refunds, where due under these terms, are returned by the original payment method where possible.
First Rowe Auto Repairs & Sales Inc. shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of this website or reliance on information provided herein. Our maximum liability to you shall not exceed the amount you paid for any specific service or part.
