Frequently Asked Questions

Buying a car, booking a repair, ordering parts, shipping to Jamaica — the answers you need, straight up.

🚗 Buying a Vehicle

Are your vehicles inspected before sale?
Yes. Every vehicle we sell is inspected and reconditioned by our own technicians before it goes on the lot. Sales and service live under one roof, so we stand behind what we sell — long after you drive away.
Can I test drive a car before buying?
Of course. Visit us at the shop, or contact us first and we'll have the vehicle ready when you arrive.
Do you offer financing?
Yes — most vehicles on our site show an estimated monthly payment, and our team can walk you through financing options that fit your budget. Ask us for a personalised quote.
Do you take trade-ins?
Yes. Submit your car through our online trade-in form and we'll give you a fair valuation, which you can put toward any vehicle in our inventory.
Can you find me a specific car that isn't in your inventory?
Yes — through our auction sourcing service. Tell us the year, make, model and budget, and we'll bid on your behalf at dealer auctions and handle inspection and paperwork.

🔧 Repairs & Service

How do I book a service appointment?
Book online in under a minute at Book Service — pick the service, date and time that suits you. You'll get a confirmation and a reminder before your visit.
Do I approve the work before you start?
Always. You get a written estimate and nothing happens until you approve it. If we find something extra during the job, we contact you first. No surprises on the invoice.
Do you work with insurance companies on body work?
Yes — we handle collision repair, dent removal and refinishing, and we work directly with all insurance companies including the estimate process.
What kinds of vehicles do you service?
Japanese and European makes are our specialty, and our factory-trained technicians handle mechanical diagnostics, engine and transmission work, cooling systems, tune-ups, and full body and paint.

🔩 Parts

Do used parts come with a warranty?
Yes — used parts carry a 30 to 90 day warranty depending on the part. The warranty period is shown on each listing in our parts store.
What if the part I need isn't in stock?
Request it through our special-order marketplace. Posting is free — trusted suppliers send competing quotes, we verify the part at our warehouse before it reaches you, and you only pay once you approve a confirmed price.
Will suppliers see my personal information?
Never. The supplier board is blind — it shows only the part needed and the vehicle, never your name, contact details or location. First Rowe handles payment and delivery, so both sides are protected.
Do you ship parts to Jamaica?
Yes — shipping parts island-wide to Jamaica is one of the things we're known for. Most orders arrive within days, and we keep you updated at every step.
I'm a parts seller — can I join your supplier network?
Yes. Salvage yards, wholesalers, dismantlers and established sellers can apply here. Joining and quoting are free — a small success fee applies only when you win an order.

💳 Payments & Account

What payment methods do you accept?
Cash, credit and debit cards. For parts orders and invoices we also send secure online payment links so you can pay from anywhere — including from Jamaica.
Can I see prices in Jamaican dollars?
Yes — use the currency switcher at the top of any page to flip between USD and JMD.
Why should I create an account?
A free account lets you track your orders and service history, save vehicles and parts you're watching, and check out faster next time.
